SillBor (Borate) Clear Treated & KDAT – pressure treated with a clear chemical that protects against insects and then it is kiln dried after treatment (KDAT). This product is intended for interior uses. Note: Since it is kiln dried a second time, KDAT lumber tends to have more surface checks than normal.
Erawood Clear Treated & KDAT – pressure treated with a clear chemical that protects against rot and decay and then it is kiln dried after treatment (KDAT). This product is intended for above ground exterior applications. Note: This is our most popular KDAT. Note: Since it is kiln dried a second time, KDAT lumber tends to have more surface checks than normal.
Factory Prestaining – we apply your choice of Sherwin Williams Oil-Based Superdeck Semi-Transparent stain colors or their clear sealer.
Factory Fire Treating – we apply Flame Stop II Class A topical treatment. Note: If you need it prestained as well it will require TWO coats of water based (cannot use oil based) stain.

**Note: Span capabilities are affected by several factors such as roof slope, wind loads, and snow loads. These differ from area to area and are governed by established building codes. Always consult local building codes and/or an engineer to ensure that the decking you are using is the correct thickness for your project.
