Our 3×6 Interlock Laminated Roof Decking is made by gluing together 3 pieces of kiln dried lumber with an exterior waterproof adhesive and milling it to a T&G-V pattern.  The product comes endmatched meaning it is tongue and grooved on the ends so the boards do not have to meet on supports.  Scroll down below for options:

3×8 instead of 3×6 – this is a popular option for folks wanting a wider look.  The coverage on our 3×8 laminated decking is 7”.

Supreme Grade instead of Deco – we use a high grade board on the face for a “nearly clear” look.

Erawood Clear Treated & KDAT – pressure treated with a clear chemical that protects against rot and decay and then it is kiln dried after treatment (KDAT).  This product is intended for above ground exterior applications.  Note: Since it is kiln dried a second time, KDAT lumber tends to have more surface checks than normal.

Factory Prestaining – we apply your choice of Sherwin Williams Oil-Based Superdeck Semi-Transparent stain colors or their clear sealer.

Factory Fire Treating – we apply Flame Stop II Class A topical treatment.  Note:  If you need it prestained as well it will require TWO coats of water based (cannot use oil based) stain.

Other Species instead of Southern Pine – we can use a board of another species such as Western Red Cedar, Ponderosa Pine, Doug Fir, or Cypress for the face.  Note: Using other species significantly increases the price.

*Note:  Span capabilities are affected by several factors such as roof slope, wind loads, and snow loads.  These differ from area to area and are governed by established building codes.  Always consult local building codes and/or an engineer to ensure that the decking you are using is the correct thickness for your project.
